Ok, I'm not getting something.

It's not the first time.

In the middle of the photos of this magnificent home, in which every room and view is nicer than the one before, why would the owners include a picture of their home office that they decorated using "Little Tikes" office furniture?

I mean, a solid oak roll-top desk and highback cordovan leather office chairs would seem more suited to that space. Not an injection-molded, soft-edges playspace.

There's a a roll-top desk here in my double-wide trailer that I'd be willing to part with, just to help out these poor aesthetics-challenged seller. I have a buddy with a pickup who'd no doubt help us muscle it into place.

I figure it's the least I could do to help dress the place up...

I need to Live in Bristol again. Would the Selling Party consider an AITD Mortgage or 1031 Exchange for Cap Gain savings?
