Not Registered? You Can Still Vote For President
Rhode Island state law allows people who have not registered to vote to cast a ballot of the top office.
Miss the dealine to register to vote? That doesn't mean you have to sit on the sidelines. You can still vote for president on Election Day.
According to Rhode Island General Law 17-1-3, people who missed the voter registration dealine may vote for president/vice president only at their local Board of Canvassers or Town Clerk's office on Election Day.
In Warren, you can vote for president at the Warren Town Clerk's office; in Bristol, you can vote at the Bristol Town Clerk's office.
This is also for people who have moved to Bristol or Warren from another city or town in Rhode Island over a year ago but failed to change their address.

Can you go any where to vote if you havent registered to vote???? I no you can only vote for the two top offices...

You have to go to the Town Clerk's office in either Bristol or Warren Town Hall, depending on your town.
