Photo of the Day: Masqueraders Make Guest Appearance at Bristol's Egg Hunt

Some of the cast members of the musical production of “Beauty and the Beast” joined the Easter Bunny at the Town of Bristol’s Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Department. The Easter Egg Hunt was held on the beautiful grounds of the Blithewold Mansion.   Some of these cast members will be returning on April 22 to host a tea at Blithewold.  If you are interested in attending the tea, contact Blithewold to reserve a spot.  

The Easter Egg Hunt was well attended and the character of Belle drew as much attention as the Easter Bunny.  Many children wanted to take their pictures with the characters. The cast did an impromptu performance of “Be my Guest” for the audience before the commencement of the Easter Egg Hunt. They passed out fliers to remind their audience of the play dates.  They are also hanging additional posters around town to remind everyone to support the Mt Hope Masqueraders. The play will be held at the Mt. Hope Performing Arts Center, May 3rd- May 6th.
