Warren Fire officials responded to reports of smoke conditions on Friday afternoon.

At approximately 12:35 pm, volunteer firefighters were dispatched to 15 Read Avenue to find a dumpster completely engulfed in flames. The black billowing smoke from the fire, which occurred in the Laurel Park area, could be seen all the way to the Bristol/Warren town line.

It is unknown at this time what caused the fire.
