Saint Elizabeth Manor in Bristol was recently presented with an award of excellence.

The My InnerView Excellence in Action award is presented annually to homes that achieve outstanding customer and employee satisfaction. This survey gauges the satisfaction of customers and provides excellent feedback to staff. 

“We are committed to excellence,” says Administrator Beth Russell, “and are grateful to be a recipient of the Excellence in Action Award.  This is the fourth year in a row that Saint Elizabeth Manor has received this award.”

To receive the award, Saint Elizabeth Manor scored in the top 10% of qualifying facilities in terms of respondents rating the facility as “excellent”, both when asked the question “What is your recommendation of this facility to others?”, and, “What is your recommendation of this facility as a place to work?”

As a recipient of the award, Saint Elizabeth Manor is recognized for their commitment to continuous quality improvement and successfully making quality a priority to better serve the needs of their customers and employees.
