- Admission is free to several attractions in Newport County, and two in Bristol, on Sunday and Monday.
- Saturday, the "Get Off Your Can 5K" to benefit the East Bay Food Pantry is Saturday at Colt State Park.
- The CVS Caremark Charity Golf Classic begins Sunday at Rhode Island Country Club in Barrington.
