Warren Man Held at ACI on Bail Violation
Following his arrest on domestic assault and other charges on Jan. 31, Francisco Pacheco, 38, was remanded to the Adult Correctional Institutions.
A Warren man remains in jail on a bail violation following his arrest on Jan. 31 by Warren Police.
Francisco Pacheco, 38, of 124 Child St., faces charges of domestic assault, domestic disorderly conduct, and violation of a no-contact order stemming from the recent incident.
According to police reports, a man went to police headquarters and told officers that he had been assaulted by Pacheco, his brother.
Following his arraignment in Sixth District Court, Warwick, he was ordered held without bail at the Adult Correctional Institutions, Cranston, for violating terms of bail set for charges of DUI, drug possession, resisting arrest, refusal to submit to a chemical test, and assault brought in February, 2012, by Warren Police.
According to online court records, his attorney was unavailable for a Feb. 4 disposition on the previous charges.
He is scheduled for a bail violation hearing before Magistrate John F. McBurney III on Feb. 11, and a hearing on the new charges on Apr. 1.
