Warren Police Log: Burn Violation, Obstruction
The following is based on reports from the Warren Police Depaetment. Am arrest does not indicate a conviction.
The Warren Police Department made the following arrests:
Keith G. Frazier, 29, of 106 Mate Drive, Fall River, MA, was charged with driving on a suspended license, obstructing an officer, and two Sixth District Court bench warrants.
Christopher M. Ray, 20, of 43 Franklin St., Warren, was charged with underage possession of alcohol and disorderly conduct.
William M. Manchester, 53, of 84 Chandler Drive, Somerset, MA., was charged with an open burn violation.
Joseph Paul Santos, 44, of 348 Child St., Apt. 1, Warren, was arrested on a Sixth District Court bench warrant.
Tara Desilveira, 30, of 9 Pennsylvania Ave., Warren, was arrested on a warrant.
David A. Gerard, 30, of 76 Arlington Ave., Apt. 3, Warren, was arrested on a Sixth District Court bench warrant.
