I predict that the Warren Citizens will be paying Water rates that will be very unaffordable to many. Not only do they waant, and will receive a 13% increase for one year, they will now need extra money for the lawsuit that the Town of Rehobeth has brought against them. Also the Town of Warren will lose the lawsuit that the Town of Bristol has brought against us on the School Budjet. Are taxes will rise to pay for the suit and lose of the case. We, by law owe the School Department the money. There will also be an increase of Farms in Residential areas.
I'm sorry, but I do not see anything good coming are way as long as the current Town Council Members continue to stay in office. They have created the above messes, and there wil be more.

Warren will have to opt out of the regional school system to have a say in school spending. That would be the smart thing because under the new State school funding formula Warren is due more State aid and Bristol is due less. Together its somewhere in the middle but Warren loses under that arrangement.

I am going to lay down and dream of what the Town Council could do to save face with the citizens of Warren, at least with the water rates in 2013. What I am dreaning is the Town Council telling the authority that you will get no increase, unless all of Management will take paycuts, and also have their benifits changed. How many engeneers at over $100,000 a piece do you need to tell Union Workers what to add to the Water? I also see them telling the Warren Reps on the authority, that they are being replaced by citizens that will not pay a lawyer $375 an hour ,with out any bids being taken for the service. .
