Something like an Olga's Bakery , Cafe, Lunch/ Dinner with outside dining would be totally Awesome! but the price & terms need to be reasonable for today's market conditions! That is the real problem,,

flower and gift shop on one side or floor and tea and sandwich shop on the other.
The outside could have flowers or hanging plants in season......old fashion ladies hats could be worn for a special tea or shower.....it could specialize fancy pastries as well... ;-)

When I was a kid, that whole garden area used to be a building, but I believe it caught fire, and was removed. This is such a perfect place for another restaurant. When fixed up, there is a lovely patio outside for diners, as well as a ton of space inside, so I hope another restaurant establishes itself in this location, there is so much potential, and its sad its been empty for so long!

Looks like a pretty good sized place. Don't remember it being there when I was - like, 1965 :/
I would suggest a soup & salad buffet in the style of the West Coast's "Soup Plantation" or "Soup Exchange" chains. All their choices are healthy and organic, and some even have 'coffee & wine bars'. Looks like it would be the perfect place to kick back and enjoy some good food and friends in "Old Town".
....And if the "big 3" [Barrington, Warren & Bristol] don't as yet have such a place, this location would be a unique opportunity. Time for the local 'fuzz' to eat something healthy, rather than packing on the pounds at the "Old Town" Dunkin Donuts - where, at that location back in the 1950's & 60's, there stood an old and proud two story gray mansion, where my parents and I lived when I was a kid.

P.S. - Glad to see the Wharf Tavern is up and running so quickly after the "Sandy floods".

An internet cafe,

Based on the listing photos it seems too large for any single business to make it work. I would like to see Sunnyside relocate there. Since the space is so big it could also house a Chelsea Market style food court with outlets and cafes selling products from the various Hope & Main graduates.
