In mid-August, OSTPA distributed a candidate questionnaire to all General Assembly incumbents and challengers. The 36 questions hit on topics including budgeting process, Phase II - Municipal Pension Reform, illegal immigration, welfare reform, right-to-work, narrowing the scope of collective bargaining in the public sector, voter ID repeal and many more.
This survey provides voters with a “one-stop-look” at the most important fiscal issues that face RI - no campaign rhetoric, no circling the issues - just straightforward answers.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT CHALLENGER KEN MARSHALL DID NOT SUBMIT A SURVEY**

Just what I need a tea bagger questionnaire and someone that gives them the answers they want to hear. Mr Marshall is smart not to feed into this crap.
