Having business at the Warren DMV brings concerns to the hazards of its small room. As a disabled person it does not allow me to maneuver my scooter through the narrow passage doors, especially when the room is filled. What fire codes are being violated when that room is filled?
This office of the DMV needs to relocate to a location that is suitable to accommodate not only handicapped people but others that do not have to stand in line for hours. This room has poor air quality when filled to capacity. There is the number assignment device mounted on the wall that has not been used in years, but it is plug in and reading #53, at the taxpayers expense of the electrical bill.
Our state officials claim the state is low in funds, where is all the money going from the expenses taxpayers are spending at the registry? In the hour I was in line, the state took in over $1,500 in registrations alone.

Just what I stated to my rep's and no response from them, plenty of room, plenty of parking, it would add more sales at the present stores, have a small coffee area to sell coffee, life woud be much easier!

And there should be chairs to sit in while waiting for your number to be called, I can't beleive how long some elderly people are expected to stand in line. AND trying to get in the door to get your paperwork or fill out your paperwork, while the line is full, is quite dangerous to say the least. How about the so called Warren Recreation building the old Mary V? they certainly aren't using it for what it was intended, and we already pay for that building as tax payers!

The last time I visited the Warren DMV, the line was literally out into the parking lot. I turned around and went to the AAA Barrington office. I was in and out within 2 minutes.

I've used the Warren DMV, and compared to the old Pawtucket DMV, it was a pleasure. They should remove the outer walls, and install pull down metal grates over the counter to lock up at closing time, and provide some benches and call by number. I agree that standing for three hours in line with a 4 year old wasn't fun. However, it would have been 8 hours at the main DMV, so I can't complain too much
