$10.00

The East Bay Food Pantry's CANteen Youth Leadership Program is hosting a Bingo & Bake Sale Fundraiser to raise money to support the East Bay Food Pantry. Come join the students of CANteen for a fun afternoon of Bingo and Baked Goods! $10 for 3 gameboards good for unlimited games of bingo - that's 3 chances to win in every game! All bingo game winners will receive prizes, including gift certificates to local businesses!

The event will also feature a 50/50 raffle (you do not need to be present to win the raffle! Raffle tickets available for sale before the event).

All money raised will be used to support the East Bay Food Pantry - where $1 buys 10 pounds of food for East Bay residents in need! That means that your $10 not only buys you 3 gameboards for bingo, but it provides 100 pounds of food to the pantry! For more information or to purchase raffle tickets before the event, contact Cara at cara@eastbayfoodpantry.org.

More About First Congregational Church of Bristol

First Congregational Church of Bristol

First Congregational Church of Bristol

300 High St, Bristol, RI
401-253-7288

The First Congregational Church was founded in 1680 at the same time the town itself was established. In 1785, Reverend Henry Wight, the pastor at First Congregational, started what is now known as the Bristol 4th of July Parade, the oldest 4th of July celebration in the USA. The Church itself is an impressive structure sitting proudly at the corner of High Street between Bradford and Congregational Streets. Under the leadership of Rev. Daniel Barron Randall, the church has been very active in the community. It provides a number of services such as a Christian education and Sunday school program, the Little Friends Preschool, the East Bay Food Pantry and Stone Soup Thrift Shop as well as hosting folk and bluegrass concerts in the church coffeehouse.
