During this class we'll move slowly through a series of poses using blankets, cushions and blocks to help support the body and encourage release of deep spinal tension.
This is not a flow yoga class; during the class, your body will be fully supported using blocks and props while you rest in a handful of poses for several minutes. This restorative practice is rejuvenating and will allow room for clarity and softness.
Pre-registration is required 48 hours before class. Register online http://bristolyogastudio.com/workshops.html to save your spot - Space is limited to 5 pre-registered participants.

Located on Hope Street, this yoga studio serves the entire East Bay community. Types of yoga practiced and taught at this location include hatha, vinyasa, gentle, heated, chair and morning blend.
