Fight the winter blues with a large dose of fresh air and a hike at Touisset Marsh Wildlife Refuge. This property has a fantastic salt marsh, beautiful coastal views, and so much more. Join Scott Ruhren, Audubon senior director of conservation, as the group explores the diverse habitats of Touisset Marsh. The walking is easy but expect it to be wet.

The "directions" link does not give directions to this wildlife refuge. Also, the hyperlink to "Touisset Marsh Wildlife Refuge - Touisset Road, Warren, Ri" takes you to mapquest with several other possibles ... but not this refuge.

The parking and trail head are next to the Touisset Volunteer Fire Dept. building on Touisset Rd.
