  workshop provides job seekers with an online tour of EmployRI.org\, the
  state's virtual career center. EmployRI.org allows users to search hund
 reds of area job postings\, to build and post r&eacute\;sum&eacute\;s fo
 r recruiting employers to view\, and to research Rhode Island's in-deman
 d occupations and industries. Registered users can also learn how to set
  up a virtual recruiter function that screens new job openings according
  to a user's unique specifications and then sends the matching job openi
