The Town Hall is located in the heart of downtown Warren on Main Street and is in operation Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm. On the first floor of the town hall are the offices of the town manager, town clerk and treasurer/tax collector. Offices of the tax assessor, town planner, social services, municipal court, zoning and planning, and building inspection are located on the second floor of the building. The harbormaster office is located behind the town all. All meetings are held on the second floor of the town hall in the council chambers.
