RWU Assistant Professor of Music Catherine Hawkes holds M.M. and D.M. degrees in early music performance, ensemble direction, and recorder pedagogy from the Indiana University School of Music. She will be showcasing her skills in Renaissance and Baroque performance practice in this concert that will include guest artists The Greybeards Baroque trio, Enigmatica mandolin octet, and Chicago Lyric Opera guest artist Patrick O’Malley on recorder. The event is free and will be held in the RWU Performing Arts Center.

More About Roger Williams University
Roger Williams University is situated on 140 acres of costal land on the Mount Hope Bay. It offers 40 undergraduate academic degree programs and is ranked number 8 in the top 10 comprehensive colleges in the North by U.S. News & World Report.
