Meditate to the sound of the quartz crystal singing bowls accompanied by the singing of Kerry Cudmore.
Everything in and about our bodies responds and resonates to sound. Sound used with intention can shift the energy of the body to help create physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You are invited to experience the magic of Kerry's voice in harmony with the beautiful tones and energy of the quartz crystal bowls. The bowls emit vibrational tones that help the mind achieve the meditative state quickly and easily. People typically report experiencing feeling very relaxed, peaceful and calm; often accompanied by heightened intuitive awareness and even physical healing.
Most people enjoy this experience while laying down, so participants are encouraged to bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows, or whatever else will help you feel comfortable during the meditation. If you have never tried this type of meditation, you don't know what you're missing!

Located on Hope Street, this yoga studio serves the entire East Bay community. Types of yoga practiced and taught at this location include hatha, vinyasa, gentle, heated, chair and morning blend. Specialty yoga classes are also offered, including prenatal, family, laughter and yoga for babies. The studio offers classes every day of the week, as well as individual yoga instruction, workshops and volunteer events.
