Help Grant Children’s Wishes by Donating Your Unused Airline Miles to Make-A-Wish® Massachusetts and Rhode Island

Tune in to NBC 10 on December 5^th for Wishes in Flight Telethon

Make-A-Wish® Massachusetts and Rhode Island and NBC 10 invite the public to participate in an upcoming day-long Wishes in Flight telethon on December 5^th. Viewers are welcome to donate their frequent flier airline miles to help grant the wishes of seriously ill children in our community.

Nearly 75% of all wishes involve airline travel each year and all donations received during theWishes in Flight program will help defray the largest wish-granting expense. All are encouraged to call and donate airline miles from Delta, US Airways, and United.

The telethon will take place on Wednesday, December 5^th from 4:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Donations can be made by calling NBC 10 at 401-224-1527. Volunteers will be ready to take calls all day long. Airline miles can also be donated online at www.massri.wish.org/index.cfm?pid=12395
