5 Things: Health Care, Warren Board of Fire Engineers and Rhythm Quest Percussion

1. 2. HealthSource RI Information Session: Interested in affordable, quality health insurance options? Head to the Rogers Free Library on Tuesday, July 30 at 5:30 p.m. and learn about a new option for health care in Rhode Island. HealthSource RI—Rhode Island's health benefits exchange—is a new one-stop marketplace for Rhode Islanders to find, compare and purchase affordable health insurance plans.  HealthSource RI will allow small businesses and nonprofits (50 or fewer employees) maximum flexibility in selecting the insurance options that will best fit their health care needs.

2. The Warren Board of Fire Engineers will meet on Tuesday, July 30 at 7 p.m. at Central Fire Headquarters on Railroad Ave.

3. The Rhythm Quest Percussion Project is a youth-based percussion ensemble open to those ages 11 - 18 yrs old who wish to learn, play and perform within the community. The show runs from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Bristol Recreation Department.

4. Beauty and the Beast: The Bristol Theatre Company's Children's Theatre presents a cast of more than 60 children in Disney's Beauty and the Beast Jr. The players range from ages 6 - 18 years old and come from Bristol, Warren and across the East Bay.
Performances will begin on Thursday, Aug. 1 and at 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. at Mt. Hope High School in Bristol. Matinee performances will be at 2 p.m. on Aug. 3 and Tickets cost from $12 - $25. For more information or to make reservations, call the box office at 401-424-1315.

5. Pull out your shorts and sundresses people - Tuesday is going to be a hot one. Weather forecasters are predicting sunny skies with a high near 83 degrees.
