• See John Wayne in "The Searchers,” the latest installment in the Roger Williams University Great Film Series. It starts at 7:30 pm in the Global Heritage Hall Building, Room G01, 1 Old Ferry Road, Bristol.
• The Bristol Town Council meets in Town Hall at 7 pm.
• The Bristol County Water Authority board meets at 6 pm in the boardroom of the headquarters building at 450 Child St., Warren.
