Halloween Approaches, World Series Begins

Here are some things to know in Bristol and Warren today.

1. Halloween is approaching and the holiday activities are already underway. From hayrides to haunted houses to Halloween-themed fundraisers, we want to know about it! 2. The Red Sox return to the World Series tonight as they face off against the St. Louis Cardinals in game 1 at Fenway Park. Looking to head to the game? Beware of scammers, the attorney general warns.

3. Drop-in for story time at Rogers Free Library today at 9:30 a.m. for children ages birth-5. No registration is needed. Come hear stories and songs with Miss Molly.

5. It's going to be a blustery fall day Wednesday, with cloudy skies most of the day and rain throughout the afternoon. Temperatures should top out around 50, with overnight lows dipping into the 30s.
