Plan Your Coggeshall Weekend, Kids Recycle Program

Wednesday's news and notes for Bristol and Warren.

Coggeshall Dates Set: The 40th Annual Coggeshall Farm Harvest Fair is set for the weekend of Sept. 14 and 15. We'll have more details to follow, as if those four words together weren't reason enough. They weren't? O.K.: $8 adults/$5 for 3-12 and seniors, littlies free. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.

Keep the Hands Busy: 
Rogers Free Library hosts a free craft workshop teaching kids how to recycle all sorts of things every day this week from 10 to 11 a.m. For kids entering grades 2, 3, and 4. Call (401) 253-6948 to sign up. Be sure to grab an extra late-summer read while you're there — save time and order library books in advance online.

Smash, Build: The Warren Zoning Board meets Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Warren Town Hall, 514 Main St., Warren. Among the items on the agenda are a demolition-and-replacement with a larger and nonconforming structure at 66 Brownell St. and a pair of garage applications.

Bank Heist: Police on the East Bay are seeking a man whose image was captured by bank surveillance units last Saturday morning, Aug. 17, at the Bank of Newport in Tiverton.

Warm Wednesday: Sunny with highs in the upper 80s during the day Wednesday, more humid overnight with lows in the 60s.
