Gallery Hours Expanded for 'Warren: A Point of View' Exhibit

The Imago Foundation for the Arts gallery running exhibit that connects past and present of Warren.

The retrospective exhibit, "Warren: A Point of View," continues at the Imago Foundation for the Arts gallery at 36 Market St. in Warren with expanded hours.

“It is a connection of the past and present and what it’s like to live here,” said Eileen Mayhew, an Imago board member and exhibitor.

The exhibit blends recordings of stories by 9 residents born before World War II and artifacts collected over the past 12 months and artistic interpretations of the town today by Imago artists in paintings and photographs. It runs through Christmas Eve.

Mayhew said a reception that opened the exhibit last Thursday, Nov. 14, drew an estimated 200 people in and out of the gallery over a couple of hours. The new exhibit hours are Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12 to 8 pm and Sunday from 12 to 4 pm.
