Here are 5 Things to know in Bristol and Warren today.

Network with other professionals at a Warren/Barrington Rotary Club tonight at 6:30 at Wharf Tavern, 215 Water St., Warren. This week's speaker is Lisa Rialo, Administrator at Roger Williams University. Her topic is Why "Hope & Main is Good for Warren." She will discuss the food incubator which will serve both adults and children.

In 1635, Roger Williams, founder of Rhode Island, was banished from Massachusetts because he had spoken out against punishments for religious offenses and giving away land that belonged to the Indians. Williams had founded Providence, Rhode Island as a place for people to seek religious freedom. 

5. Overnight showers will last through the morning today, clearing out in the early afternoon. Temperatures are unlikely to reach 60 today.
