HOPE GALLERY in downtown Bristol is my favorite....a diverse array of art from many mediums and reasonably priced! Anita, the gallery owner, is very helpful and congenial. The new expansion is wonderful too!

I agree. Hope Gallery is my favorite - the best of a good bunch of galleries, really. I think Anita has a knack for finding artists who are successfully doing very different things, while giving a viewer the sense that they have achieved artistic maturity, not just experimenting with a nebulous idea which may bear fruit someday.

Anita Trezvant, Director of Hope Gallery, is an amazing resource for artists. Her advice on marketing my work and managing my career has been invaluable. The gallery has increased in size and allowed more local artists opportunities for exposure of their work.

Frankly, I can not vote for any one gallery. They are all excellent, they all (always) have such diverse displays that it is virtually impossible to choose any one as "the best". Okay, saying that, I will say that for my personal tastes in art, Hope Gallery (#1) and Gallery 11 (#2) are my true favorites. They each always display something which speaks to me.

Hope Gallery is the place for beautiful , interesting and cuttting edge art work. It always has changing exhibitions and something new to see. The marvelous selection is what separates it from all the other galleries in Bristol/Warren area. Frome Southcoast impressionist marine scenes to amazing abstracts, the gamut of work is stunning. It is not to be missed and should be the destination of every art lover.
