R.I. utilities panel approves a 23.2% increase in commercial electric rates.
yes, that is Two (2), Three (3), Point (.) Two(2) percent (%) increase, hot off the press last night (Saturday) at 10pm while I was at bad sweater Christmas Party. Good thing next week everyone will be busy with the holidays too let this sink in.
