From East to West: The Roots of Beautiful Bristol. Join us by the fire at Mount Hope Farm's Barn on March 20th! Our guest speaker Dr. Sara Butler (Roger Williams University) will focus on Charles Adam Platt's 1902 design for a Country Place at North Farm as a trailblazing effort of landscaping preservation. Platt incorporated a portion of George rogers Hall's notable collection of nineteenth century trees and shrubs, which we can enjoy today. Free for Members of Mount Hope Farm/ $5 non-members.
