RWU Birss Memorial Lecture Series: “'The Bell Jar' at 50"

Roger Williams University presents a celebration of the 50th anniversary of Sylvia Plath’s famous novel "The Bell Jar" in the 13th Annual Professor John Howard Birss, Jr. Memorial Lecture Series. Karen N. Kukil, special collections librarian at Smith College, will deliver the keynote address, "‘The Bell Jar’ at 50."
As part of the annual lecture series, a special exhibition on Sylvia Plath and "The Bell Jar" shows in the University Library from February 1 to March 10. The exhibit was prepared by Kristine Fagan, RWU collection development & acquisitions librarian, and Karen N. Kukil. The RWU Feinstein College of Arts and Sciences presents this annual lecture series.
The event will be held in the RWU Global Heritage Hall building, Room G01. It is free and open to the public.
