Are you interested in starting your yoga practice but don't know where to begin? This relaxed and informative 3-session series of classes is designed specifically for you! No prior yoga experience (or flexibility) is necessary - questions and curiosity are welcome!
In these classes, we'll review basic yoga concepts and ideas, common poses, breathing techniques, and a brief history on yoga. We'll spend part of the time discussing yoga benefits, addressing any concerns you might have as well as introducing yoga postures.
Come as you are and learn how a yoga practice yields to meet you where ever your starting point is!
Classes are held at Bristol Yoga Studio (676 Hope Street) on Sundays from 4-5pm on November 25, December 2 and December 16.
Each class will be different with a focus on different aspects of yoga. For the best benefit we recommend you pre-register and sign up for all three classes. However, if you can't make one or two of the dates, you can sign up for any of the three individual sessions.

Just one class: $20 (seniors and students drop in for $15)
Class card - If you already have a 5- 10- or 20-class card with Bristol Yoga Studio, you can use that card toward any class in workshop, just as you would any other class at the studio.
