Fitness Fusion Bootcamp at Colt State Park

Get an incredible workout at the park. Fitness Fusion boot camp combines 15 minutes of Pilates exercises, with 40 minutes of intense strength training circuits and cardio intervals topped off with a lovely yoga stretch to promote muscle recovery. Students are encouraged to come early and warm-up with a walk or jog on the bike path nearby. Intermediate/Advanced intensity. All equipment including mats provided. Bring water and a towel to stay cool.  

Rain dates are held at Fitness Fusion located at 259 Thames St. in Bristol.
