Harvest Celebration at the Mount Hope Farmers Market!

The  farmers market will celebrate its second outdoor season with family focused events at the market promoting food, farming & community!

  • The URI Master Gardeners will have a booth where they will answer general gardening questions, and will do workshops on “Putting the Garden to Bed for the Winter” at 10:00am and 12:00pm. They will also have activities & information for kids at their booth.
  • Lee Anne Freitas of Indie Growers farm will be giving presentations at 10:30am and 11:30am about “Outside-the-Box-Herbs”--describing some of the more unusual herbs she grows, and how to use them in your home and kitchen.
  • There will be special vendors, chowder & other food treats from Clam Jammers, hot cider, live music from the Patty & Buster Show, visits from the Mount Hope Goats and more!
So, come out to stock up on all your usual goodies (fresh seafood, grass-fed meats, greens, peppers, tomatoes, eggplants, herbs, fruit, cider, granola, bread, pastries, jams, jellies, artisan soaps, coffee, flowers, pumpkins and more!) and stay to enjoy the extra fun! See you at the Market!
