  • Techniques to strengthen and gain flexibility and ease of movement in your ankles and feet
  • Simple foot reflexology and massage techniques for overall foot and body health
  • Exercises that improve balance when standing and walking
  • Walking and standing meditation practices to become oober aware of your feet!

About Gitali:
Gitali (Tania Alexandra) has been sharing and studying yoga for over 9 years, has 8 years of bodywork experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, and has been a musician since she can remember. Educational explorations in her journey have granted her a BME (music education) at Ithaca College in NY, a LMT at Lourdes Institute of Holistic Studies in NJ, a CYT at Shambava School of Yoga in CO, and a RMT at The Reiki School and Clinic in PA. She is grateful to her hands and feet for their generous work they do in service of her life, and is excited to share this workshop with you!
