Community Update

They left after doing only half the work they were supposed to. I called them back and they wanted to charge another $150 to finish up. Eventually they agreed to do what was asked for, but it was a real pain having to argue with them. Their position seemed to be that every branch they cut had to be itemized on their slip, or they wouldn't do it.
They also seemed to have very poor communication between their work crew, and the boss who gives the estimate.
