Pension Settlement Vote Update

Not everyone will be getting a ballot to vote....Those getting a ballot will be active employees with 10yrs. or more.....As for retirees only those who paid a fee/contribution to join a union coalition/chapter will get a ballot. All those who did not will not be allowed to vote until the second round if there is one.....Also there is really Nothing In This Settlement for any retiree especially those who Retired Prior To Pension Reform or soon after it. This settlement is pretty much only for all employees who have few years of service & who fall mostly/entirely under the Pension Reform legislation.....Also if anyone knows of a ballot(s) being sent to people who have passed(which I understand has happened) and/or to a wrong address it is Important that you Immediately report that to the proper union(s) so the person(s) they were intended for will get them & information can be updated. Those ballots will be counted as a "yes" vote if they are not returned.
