Bristol Arrests: Public Drinking, Public Peeing
The following is based on reports from the Bristol Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
The Bristol Police Department made the following arrests:
Herbert L. George, 72, of Smith St., Bristol, was charged with domestic assault on Oct. 15, after his alleged victim walked into the police station to report the assault.
Ryan P. Feeley, 25, of 14 Oak Knoll Drive, North Attleboro, was charged with disorderly conduct - urinating in public on Oct. 17 after officers allegedly saw him relieving himself at the corner of Hope and State streets.
Eric Diffily, 21, of 10 Lillian Road, North Reading, MA, Todd M. Carson, 22, of 11 Meadow Lane, Pennington NJ, and Eric T. Bransfield, 22, of 11 Range Heights Circle, Lynn, MA, were all charged with drinking alcohol in public on Bay View Avenue Oct. 19.
Peter J. Austin, 41, of 66 Stetson St., Fall River, MA, was arrested Oct. 21 on an outstanding warrant for an original charge of conspiracy.
Nicholas E. Serbst, 22, of 7 Basswood Road, Bristol, was arrested on a 6th District Court bench warrant.
