Bristol Woman Catches Two Domestic Assault Charges in Two Days

The Bristol Police Department made the following arrests and citations over the past two weeks:

• David Powell, 25, of Ledyard Jenard Apt. 1R, Pawtucket, was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 6 at 9:43 a.m. and charged with failure to appear in district court.
  
• Brandon Michael Vondera, 30, of 118 Franklin St., Bristol, was arrested at his home on Tuesday, Aug. 6 at 5:07 p.m. and charged on an arrest warrant for undisclosed charges.
  
• Shannon Lee Bilodeau, 23, of 82 Bittersweet Drive, Seekonk, MA, was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 7 at 1:10 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence - first offense, resisting arrest, and refusal to submit to a chemical test after police stopped her car on Hope Street.
  
• Liza A. Girard, 30, of 686 Hope St. Apt. 3, Bristol, was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 7 at 10:14 a.m. and charged on a Superior Court full bench warrant.
  
• Arthur Pacheco, 31, of 518 Ledge Road, Seekonk, MA, was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 7 at 11:30 a.m. and charged with obtaining vehicles with the intent to defraud. 
  
• Kyle R. LaFerriere, 22, of 10 Francis St. Apt. C, Bristol, was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 7 at 3:36 p.m. and charged on a bench warrant from Second Division District Court.
• Kelli A. McGowan, 30, of 70 Oliver Street Apt. 2, Bristol, was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 7 at 9:40 p.m. and charged with domestic simple assault and violating probation after an incident at his Oliver Street apartment.
  
• Elizabeth A. Donahue, 27, of 45 Thayer St., Bristol, was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 8 at 1:12 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence - first offense and refusal to submit to a chemical test after police stopped her car on Franklin Street.
  
• Nicholas G. Motta, 22, of 86 Bay View Ave., Bristol, was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 8 at 8:10 p.m. and charged with conspiracy and vandalism following an incident on Leahy Drive.
• Jason M. Furtado, 33, of 169 Franklin St. Apt. 1, Bristol, was arrested on Saturday, Aug. 10 at 5:20 a.m. and charged on a bench warrant from Superior Court.
  
• Kelli A. McGowan, of 215 State St. Apt. C, Bristol, was arrested on Monday, Aug. 12 at 12:46 p.m. and charged with domestic simple assault following an incident at Union Commercial Hardware on Wood Street.
  
• Sean Burden, 22, of 28 A Wall St., Bristol, was arrested on Monday, Aug. 12 at 1:45 p.m. and charged on a bench warrant.
  
• Katarzyna Finch, 38, of 721 Metacom Ave., Bristol, was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 13 at 3:40 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest following an incident at her home.
