Domestic Arrest Leads to Bail Violation, the Turkey's All Right

The Warren Police Department reported the following arrests and incidents for Sept. 19 through 23:

Arrested:

  • Victoria Listello, 24, of 248 Main St., on a charge of driving with a suspended license, on Sept. 22 at about 12:15 a.m. following a stop at Child and Elm Streets.
  • Tyler Bagley, of West Warwick, on domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct charges, on Sept. 22 at about 7:30 p.m. At a Sept. 23 hearing in Superior Court, Bagley was ordered held without bail for violating terms of bail set in a Providence case of breaking and entering, vandalism, and resisting arrest. He is due for a pretrial on the newest charges on Oct. 11.
Other reports:
  • On Sept. 19 at about 8:30 a.m., the town animal control officer responded to Parker Avenue for a call about a possibly injured wild turkey. The turkey was OK.
  • After officers reviewed surveillance footage at a Miller Street business on Sept. 22 at 8 a.m., they ruled out shoplifting by determining that a customer had misplaced an item.
