Law Student who sent Threats to RWU Staff Arraigned

A former law student who sent threatening emails to staff at Roger Williams University and was the subject of a standoff in Dartmouth, Mass., was arraigned and ordered held at the Bristol County House of Corrections.

Kevin Pacheco, 36, of 209 Richard St., Dartmouth, allegedly sent email threats to six staff members at Roger Williams University around 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

A search of Pacheco's Dartmouth home turned up guns, ammunition, computers and books that related to becoming a serial killer and making meth.
