Warren Police: Domestic, Car Breaks

The following is based on reports from the Warren Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.


made the following arrests between June 11 and June 17:

Christopher M. Ray, 19, of Franklin Street in Warren, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct after a caller told police he shoved a woman to the ground during an argument on the bike path near Beach Street.

Robert A. Souza, 31, of 30 David St., Apt. 2, Warren, was charged with tampering with vehicles after he allegedly attempted to break into cars at Miller and Water streets.

Bernard McMahon, 69, of 37 Princess Hill Ave., Barrington, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test after police pulled him over at Main and Franklin streets.

Dorianne L. Girard, 22, of 122 Arlington Ave., Warren, was charged with violating a no-contact order.

Joseph Carvalho, 39, of Main Street in Warren, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct, domestic vandalism and resisting arrest.

Kevin Gregory Caton, 21, of 361 Child St., Apt. 1C, Warren, was arrested on a warrant for charges of providing alcohol to a minor.

Paul L. Rene, 44, of 25 Company St., Apt. 2, Warren, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemial test after being pulled over at Market and Chestnut streets.

Luke C. Rene, 22, of 3 Bay St., was arrested on a warrant.

Rachel L. Coleman, 28, of 136 Main St., Apt. 2, Warren, was arrested on a Sixth District Court bench warrant.
