BCWA Board Settles on 3 Percent Pay Hike

Executive Director Pamela Marchand's salary will be about $129,000 after the raise.

Members of the Bristol County Water Authority board recently voted to give Executive Director Pamela Marchand a 3-percent raise, down from the 5-percent raise the BCWA board had been considering.

The board voted 6-2 in favor of the raise, which will bring Marchand's salary to just under $129,000 a year, EastBayRI.com reported.

William Gosselin and Raymond Palmieri, the Warren representatives on the board, voted against the pay hike, the website noted.
