What's Open, Closed on President's Day
Today is a federal holiday, which means no mail, no school and no banks (except for one!)
Today is Presidents' Day, a federal holiday which is also known as Washington's Birthday.
While there is sure to be activity at Newport's Winter Festival and it's clear from every TV commercial that car dealerships are definitely open, not every place will be up and running today.
Here's a look at what's open and closed this Monday, Feb. 20:

- Bristol Warren public schools are officially on vacation. Students in Bristol and Warren have no school all week!
- The Bristol Town Hall and Warren Town Hall will be closed today.
- All banks, with the exception of Citizen's Bank located in Stop & Shop in Bristol will be closed today. Citizen's Bank will be open from 11 am to 3 pm.
- Rogers Free Library in Bristol will be closed.
- George Hail Library in Warren will be closed.
- The Bristol Post Office and Warren Post Office will be closed and mail will not be running today.
Grocery Stores
- Seabra and Stop & Shop will be open today.
