Record Sale Price of $5.25 Million for Bristol Home

Second highest-ever sale price in Bristol.

Imagine having an elevator, private gym, backup generator system, 7,500 square feet of living space and spectacular water views?

That's what you get when you pay $5.25 million for a house on Poppasquash Road in Bristol.

The Providence Journal reported that the house at 458 Poppasquash Road sold for that price and it's the second-highest price ever paid Bristol.

The Poppasquash Road home was listed by David Huberman of Gustave White Sotheby's International Realty of Newport.

According to its official listing, this estate offers spectacular west-facing views of Narragansett Bay and "no expense was spared" in this custom build.

The house has geothermal heating and cooling system with areas of radiant heat. There are two master suites, a chef's kitchen, huge family room with full bar and three flat-screen TVs.

The stone patio outside not only has a built-in grill and fire pit. It also has a 10,000-gallon underground fire cistern.
