SOLD: 6 Homes Change Hands in Warren, Bristol

Six warranty deeds were filed in the Bristol and Warren town halls last week.

Six warranty deeds were recorded in the Warren and Bristol Town Halls last week, Nov. 17-23, for homes that changed hands. 

The homes ranged in price from a high of $900,000 to a low of $160,000. 

If you are thinking of selling your home, the prices can give you some idea of the value of your property if you live near these homes or in their neighborhoods.

  • 19 Hanley Farm Road, Warren, from Michael S. Lake and Timothy R. Nay to Kristin V. Holmes for $370,000
  • 165 Poppasquash Road, Bristol, from Patricia A. Wayland to 165 Poppasquash Rd., LLC for $900,000 
  • 11 Constitution St., Bristol, from Jeffrey P. Otterbein and Sarah K. Otterbein to Alayne White for $430,000 
  • 27 Sullivan Lane, Brisitol, from Nola D Watson to Barbara J. Ricci and Joseph Ricci Jr. for $349,000 
  • 227 Thames St., Bristol, from Diamantino A. Fonseca and Victoria A. Fonseca to Philip E. Herold for $210,000
