SOLD: 6 Homes in Bristol, Warren Change Hands

Six warranty deeds were recorded in the Warren and Bristol Town Halls last week, Nov. 10-16, for homes that changed hands. 

The homes ranged in price from a high of $430,000 to a low of around $55,000.

• 55 Warren Ave., Warren, from Helen B. Rodzen to Sophie A. Urban for $57,500 
• 70 Union St., Warren, from Helen B. Rozden to Sophie A. Urban for $54,775
