Warren Quahog Festival Sets Up This Weekend

The Rotary Club of Warren and Barrington hosts the 30th annual event on Saturday and Sunday on South Water Street in Warren.

The 30th Annual Warren Quahog and Art Festival, a celebration of food and fun held in honor of the humble Rhode Island crustacean, is set for Saturday and Sunday, July 20 and 21, at Burr's Hill Park on South Water Street.

According to information posted on the Festival Facebook page, this weekend's event includes a kids' planting hosted by The Children's Workshop, bouncy houses, games for the whole family, and local vendors, chefs, and artisans among the 75 craft booths.

This weekend also includes the Warren Art Show, a juried exhibition by 40 top artists from around New England.

Funds raised from the two-day event are distributed by the Rotary to many organizations in Warren, Bristol, and Barrington.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Pets are not allowed at the festival.
