Meet Happy

Anna Palmieri, Neighbor

     Happy is a female pit bull stray about four years old who is looking for her forever home.  She has arthritis in her elbows.  She is on no medication except when she is uncomfortable or over dose it.  Can not use a harness but can go on short walks with a leash.  Because of the arthritis she would probably do best in a home with no other animals or children.
