Klaus Kutter, the owner of A Jour was born in the United States but learned his craft of jewelry design and repair under the apprenticeship of a master Swiss artist. He developed watches and jewelry for Rolex, and then left Switzerland to further his expertise as a designer with a master creator in Milan.
