I've been to Crown twice for severe collision damage. They were recommended by my insurance company so everything was paid for except my deductible.
They really did an outstanding job (as good as dealers I've been to in similar situations). The cars came out perfect and the staff carefully explained my options and gave me a realistic sense of the timing (it takes a while when you're ordering lots of parts).
Highly recommended.
